Can I book a table at Feya?


Our Bond Street branch is walk-in only but we do take reservations for our Knightsbridge location. Please click here if you want to book a table now.




I have an event coming up. Can I book the entire venue?


If you’d like to private hire one of our branches, please send us an email to events@feya.co.uk and give us some information about the event and your requirements. We always try do our best to accommodate all your needs.




I have an allergy. Can Feya cater to my needs?


Yes, we have plenty of options both on our brunch and desserts menu. Please just let our staff know of your dietary requirements and they will help you out.




I’d love to work at Feya! How can I join your team?

Can I order a birthday cake from Feya?


Yes, you definitely can and we are happy to add a message on top as well. Please just give us 48hrs notice, so we can make sure we have all needed ingredients for your sweet treat.




I want to surprise my friend. Can I order a gift from Feya?


Yes, we are currently launching our new retail line (stay tuned for more details!) and soon our new products will be available to order online.




How long does the delivery take?


Once we have received your order, we ship the products within 2 working days, then it is up to our delivery partner to deliver the products to your door. This usually takes about 3 to 5 days.




How do I get a refund?


If the items you received are undamaged and unopened, you can drop us an email at info@feya.co.uk and we will do out best to help you out.




Can I customise my order?


Yes, you can. You can add a gift card and a gift wrap at checkout.
